The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and business partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implement sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and new initiatives.
• Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of total experience, including proven success in insurance sales within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement growth plans.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving measurable outcomes.
• Professional certifications in Sales or Insurance (e.g., CII) are a plus.
