Role Summary

We are seeking a high‑performing Arabic‑speaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates disciplined execution and consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) in the Middle East market.
  • Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, proposal development, pricing negotiation and closing.
  • Build and manage strong long‑term relationships with C‑level stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and position Oracle Fusion as a valuable customer‑driven solution.
  • Collaborate with presales solution architects and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Stay updated on Oracle’s latest offerings and industry trends to ensure compelling product positioning.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and regular progress reports to VP Sales.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5‑10 years of hunting sales experience in enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales (ERP / HCM / SCM preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving quarter‑on‑quarter targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior experience selling into government, banking or enterprise verticals in the GCC.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and highly disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
