Job summary
A consulting and training company in Dubai is seeking a Business Development and Training Manager to identify new training opportunities and develop training materials. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in English and Arabic. This position offers a monthly salary between AED 12,000 and AED 15,000.

- Business Development:

Monitor the execution of training programs and ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
- Training Program And Material Development:
Contribute to the design and updating of training packages based on market needs and client requirements.
Coordinate with trainers and consultants to create professional, up-to-date training content.
Develop presentation materials, trainee manuals, and trainer guides.
Ensure all training materials comply with quality and accreditation standards.
Evaluate training performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Propose new, innovative training programs that align with market trends and the centre’s strategic vision.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or training management.
