We are looking for someone who has a solid work history working for international law firms either in the region or in the UK along with native English. They are willing to wait a one month notice period for the right candidate and are also open to someone relocating from the UK for this role.

You must have general corporate/commercial experience as the partners specialise in:

1. Mergers and acquisitions
2. Joint ventures
3. Private equity and investment fund formations
4. Complex matters related to technology communications
5. Intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity-related compliance investigations and enforcement actions

They are looking for someone with excellent references, strong attention to detail, advanced MS Office skills, accurate typing, and someone that takes a genuine interest and care in their work. Polished presentation and an enthusiastic attitude is a must.

They are being extremely selective and we will therefore only respond to those that fit the criteria.
