The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in driving both upstream supplier acquisition and downstream sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding global manufacturers and suppliers, growing the distribution network, maximizing warehouse utilization, and ensuring continuous product flow within our DaaS model. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong market understanding, relationship‑building skills, and proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Distribution within the solar, renewable energy, or electrical equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of supplier onboarding and sales management across regional markets (MEA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of solar supply chain, distribution models, and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
