Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in IT and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and project expansions.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and generate qualified leads.
Product Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept to launch – for IT solutions tailored to Oil & Gas.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, market needs, and industry regulations.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and customer support teams.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and KPIs.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and digital transformation trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Any European nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
- Experience in Oil and gas, preferably in the technology or education industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development campaigns.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
