What you’ll do:
- To increase Eaton’s market share within Middle East and Africa telecom market by growing existing clients and engaging with new clients to meet/exceed the business targets in terms of orders, sales and ROS in accordance with the company’s ethics and guidelines.
- Meet / exceed the Middle East and Africa Telecom Sales target.
- Meet / exceed the Middle East and Africa Telecom Orders target.
- Meet / exceed the Middle East and Africa Telecom Standard Profit % target.
- Assist in meeting the ES ROS target.
- Maintain develop and cultivate existing customer base within the territories.
- Lead the customer relationship with agreed operators to ensure that the pipeline grows across the Eaton offer.
- Be the primary contact and direct sales responsibility for Eaton's Direct Current telecom solutions in the Middle East and Africa regions.
- Position the Eaton telecom offer and brand into forthcoming technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, cultivating long-term relationships that foster loyalty and mutual success.
- With the support of BU and local country sales organisations ensure that all correspondence technical or commercial from the region is answered in a timely manner.
- Lead the drive to have Eaton’s product specified in existing and new operator, integrator and tower builder specifications in the territories.
- Lead technical solutions dialogue with senior consultants and operator technical primes.
- Identify new market segment opportunities and create business case to expand.
- Ensure you are familiar with the company’s full range of electrical products.
- Ensure familiarity with the competitors technology, strategy and pricing within the designated channel.
- Drive early engagement with clients regarding NPI and ensure that new products meet their annual sales quota within the territory.
- Submit monthly reports to the direct manager or directed requirement such as sales forecasts, product forecasts and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification or equivelant / outstanding proven technical ability.
- 5 to 10 years experience within similar role focused on electrical solutions portfolio.
- Direct Current Technical Solutions Experience Preferred.
- Solid understanding of relationships with Middle East and Africa Telecom Operators.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
- For the role you need to be located in UAE.
