Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding, activating, and maintaining strategic relationships with real estate brokerage partners locally and internationally.
This role focuses on driving indirect sales performance, building broker loyalty, and ensuring consistent engagement and education across all partner networks to support the company’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Broker Network Expansion : Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new brokerage partners in key markets
- Activation & Engagement : Organize and execute broker meetings, events, roadshows, and training sessions to drive awareness and motivation.
- Performance Monitoring : Track partner performance, maintain broker activity dashboards, and implement structured incentive programs.
- Communication & Support : Serve as the primary liaison between brokers and internal sales / marketing teams to ensure timely updates on inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Cross-Department Coordination : Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and finance to streamline partner communication, payout processes, and reporting.
- Digital Enablement : Promote usage of broker portals, CRM access, and digital tools for deal submissions, inventory checks, and lead tracking.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are current and properly documented.
KPIs
- Monthly and quarterly broker-driven sales volume.
- Number of active brokers and repeat contributors.
- Event ROI – conversion ratio from activated brokers to actual deals.
- Broker satisfaction and retention scores.
- Timeliness of reporting and communication efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development (UAE preferred).
- Strong network within the Dubai broker community.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
