Oversee the construction of hospitality projects from start to finish.
Manage the project budget, schedule, and quality control.
Work with the client to ensure that their needs are met.
Approve all construction documents and materials.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Communicate with the project team and the client on the status of the project.
Prepare reports on the status of the project.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
15+ years of experience in project supervision especially on high-profile hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
The ability to think strategically and solve problems.
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
