Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
• Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
• Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols are followed
• Prepare daily schedules and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader in 4/5* hotel
• At least 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry
