- Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction-related materials.
- Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate effectively with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams.
- Perform routine stock audits and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Monitor material usage and support inventory planning activities.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all inventory items.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Storekeeper in warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience with construction, landscaping, or golf course-related materials/equipment is an advantage.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
