As the Facilities & Public Services Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of all facilities and public services provided by our company. You will lead a team of professionals and ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of facilities and public services provided by the company.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of professionals including facility managers, maintenance staff, and service providers.
  3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all facilities and public spaces.
  5. Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations and public services.
  6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize resources.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and coordination of services.
  8. Liaise with government agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  10. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
