A global engineering company in Dubai is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead all planning activities for the Quick Ship and Parts business. This role involves ensuring seamless execution from order receipt to delivery, developing and executing the sales plan, and managing the Master Production Plan. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineering-to-Order manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and planning skills are essential for this role.
The Planning Supervisor leads all planning activities for the Quick Ship and Parts business, overseeing a team of planners and ensuring seamless execution from order receipt through final delivery. This role is responsible for developing and executing the sales plan, managing the Master Production Plan, level-loading plant capacity, and synchronizing material availability with customer requirements. By tightly coordinating with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and other key functions, the Planning Supervisor drives achievement of monthly sales POR targets while ensuring consistent on‑time delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role maintains strong alignment between customer demand, operational capability, and material readiness, and leads initiatives to enhance service levels, improve responsiveness, and boost overall execution efficiency in the quote‑to‑cash process.
