Job summary
A leading automotive e-commerce company in Dubai seeks an IT Support/System Administrator to manage and optimize Edge Devices, telecommunication services, and local office IT support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 3+ years of experience in IT support. Responsibilities include administration of PBX lines, management of internet services, and troubleshooting network issues. - 3+ years of experience as an IT Support/System Administrator, preferably in a multi-office environment.
- Familiarity with internet leased lines, broadband connections, and mobile phone systems in the GCC region.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Edge Devices for optimal performance.
- Administer PBX and PRI lines for effective telecommunication services.
- Manage internet leased line connections and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for local offices.
