Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator, primarily focusing on hardware management and email server administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot company hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
2. Set up, monitor, and maintain email servers to ensure secure and efficient email communication across the organization.
3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and email backup processes.
4. Manage and maintain network systems, ensuring reliable connectivity.
5. Resolve network-related issues, install firmware updates, and monitor network performance.
6. Provide IT support to employees, assisting with hardware setup, email issues, and connectivity problems.
7. Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect company information.
8. Apply and enforce security policies, including firewall configurations, access control, and data encryption, to ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing email servers (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365) and experience with server and hardware troubleshooting.
Networking Skills: Knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN management.
