Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in providing technical support and resolving system-related user issues.
• Professional certifications in IT (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly preferred.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle urgent support scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Helpdesk to resolve assigned issues and support tickets.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and essential software applications.
• Provide assistance in accessing and using peripheral devices.
