Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Edge Devices for optimal performance.
• Administer PBX and PRI lines for effective telecommunication services.
• Manage internet leased line connections and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for local offices.
