A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to assist in designing and developing mechanical system components. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings using CAD tools, supporting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with knowledge of HVAC systems. This is a full-time role with occasional site visits.
Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems components and equipment.
Prepare and review technical drawings specifications and documentation using CAD tools.
Support the engineering team in conducting site visits inspections and measurements.
Assist in preparing BOQs technical submittals and documentation for project execution.
Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Support installation testing and commissioning activities under supervision.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and safety regulations.
Participate in troubleshooting maintenance and performance evaluation of systems.
Maintain proper documentation of all engineering tasks and revisions.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
02 years of relevant experience (internships or project work preferred).
Basic knowledge of HVAC plumbing fire fighting systems or rotating/static equipment (depending on industry focus).
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks or Revit
