You will assist colleagues with various IT issues, ensuring effective troubleshooting and support across multiple platforms. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently. This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience in a technical support role.
• Background of working as a technical troubleshooter.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all colleagues through various channels including in-person, phone, and virtual.
• Assist with building laptops and troubleshooting all hardware and software issues.
• Log all issues and escalate requests as needed.
• Monitor and expedite all issues until resolution.

Skills

Very strong knowledge of industry desktop operating systems and software

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills

Superior customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and under pressure

Fluent in English at a business level

Education
