What You Will Do :

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items.

Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing requests promptly.

Handle payments and process transactions correctly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.

Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant, including stock replenishment.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

What You Will Bring :

Previous experience as a waiter / waitress is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work well in a team.

Basic knowledge of Japanese food and beverage service.
