A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to enhance the dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel setting and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include greeting customers, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a clean dining area. Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a waitress in a standard hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers while providing detailed information on menus.
- Monitor and attend to guests' needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Skills

- Your responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties while following the hotel F&B operation standard.
- Monitor and attend to guests needs in a fast-paced environment, be polite with guests and make sure they enjoy their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas and service stations.
- Effectively communicate with Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a waitress in a standard hotel
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
