Solution Architect – Salesforce role at Dicetek LLC.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Design and develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to streamline workflows and enhance financial operations
• Build and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data synchronization
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts for improved user experience and data integrity
• Leverage Salesforce Platform tools and AppExchange solutions for extended functionality and scalability
• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configurations to ensure secure and compliant environments
• Lead and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and third-party ETL tools
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability throughout migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Document solution designs and create technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability
• Facilitate business process mapping, requirement gathering, and workshops to align Salesforce solutions with financial and ERP objectives

• Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and / or Service Cloud
• Expertise in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration
• Familiarity with version control tools, DevOps practices, and CI / CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
• Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks
