The Role We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our company. • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Developing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Leading performance management and training initiatives.
• Preparing HR reports, manpower planning, and audits.
• Collaborating with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
