• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in collaboration with the HR team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to the principal or senior management.
• Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
