- Evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT disorders and injuries.
- Perform surgical procedures to treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related areas.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and manage any complications that may arise.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, surgical procedures, and care post-surgery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in ENT Surgery.
- Board certification in ENT Surgery.
- Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
- Significant experience in performing ENT surgeries in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of ENT anatomy and surgical techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage high-pressure situations.
