Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in Dubai seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee check-in and check-out procedures, resolve guest complaints, and lead the front office team. Candidates should have experience in a similar role, proficiency in English and either Arabic, Russian, or Spanish, and a friendly demeanor. This position requires strong team management skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
Qualifications

- Supervise and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate payment transactions and billing accuracy.
