• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing and data entry
• Coordinate deliveries and manage office supplies
• Support other departments as needed

• Proven experience in a front desk or customer-facing role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
