Job summary
An oilfield services company in the UAE is looking for a skilled individual to perform field services involving NM Tubulars. The role requires strong experience in Drilling and Workover operations and Tubular Running Services, with a minimum of 2 years of field experience. Responsibilities include inspecting fiberglass pipes, monitoring chemical expiry dates, and assisting with field testing. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Drilling and Workover operations and service.
- Strong experience in Tubular Running Services (TRS).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of field experience in operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform field services for NM Tubulars at rig locations following FPI procedures.
- Witness the make-up and break-out of NM tubulars.
- Inspect fiberglass pipes before and after running.
- Monitor chemicals’ expiry dates.
- Assist Field Services Manager during field testing and trials.
Skills
Perform the field services offered to our clients at the rig location for running NM Tubulars as per FPI procedures, policies, and contract requirements.
- Witness the make-up and break-out of NM tubulars.
- Inspect the fiberglass pipes before and after the running.
- Monitor the chemicals’ expiry dates.
- Teflon Tape and TF-15 Lubricant Application.
- Have the pipes jointed as per the approved FPI running procedures to meet quality standards.
- Raise issues regarding clause conflicts to provide solutions prior to project execution.
- Assist Field Services Manager during the field testing and trials of new products.
- Implement and control site execution to meet schedules on time.
- Coordinate activities so outputs meet budget requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure all tools are returned in good condition after completion of the assigned project.
- Track vehicle usage and schedule regular maintenance for long life performance of the vehicle.
