A leading airline in Sharjah seeks a seasoned HR leader to provide oversight for Payroll, Staff Travel, and Employee Services. This role demands expertise in implementing centralized HR services, improving employee experience, and managing a high-performing team. With over 10 years of HR experience, including managerial roles in the airline sector, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills to enhance service delivery and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of working experience in Human Resources, ideally in the airline industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with HR Shared Services.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership oversight for Payroll, Travel, and Employee Services.
  • Implement a centralized shared services model within HR.
  • Drive operational performance and service excellence within the team.
