Job summary
A leading global engineering and design firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to lead landscape design for major infrastructure projects, including highways, railways, and airports. The role demands a strong understanding of design tools like AutoCAD and experience in the Middle East. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for preparing detailed landscape packages, ensuring integration with civil designs, and addressing sustainability concerns. - Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
- Excellent command of design tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure design requirements and experience coordinating with engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the landscape design for infrastructure projects including highways, railways, airports, and public realm developments.
- Prepare detailed landscape packages, including planting plans, irrigation layouts, and hardscape specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of landscape elements with civil and structural designs.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility reviews, and oversee design implementation.
- Address sustainability and environmental impact in all landscape proposals.
- Support bid preparation and participate in client presentations.
