Randstad is working with an international, multidisciplinary design firm based in Dubai in the search for a Senior Landscape Architect. This is an excellent opportunity to join the design of an exciting large scale master plan development in Dubai. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of landscape projects from concept through to construction. You will collaborate closely with architects, urban designers, and engineers, leading the landscape design process and ensuring high-quality, contextually responsive solutions that meet both creative and technical standards. This role does not require particular ME experience although this would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects across all stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, tender documentation, and site supervision. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape designs with architectural, civil, and infrastructure elements. - Develop innovative and sustainable landscape concepts that respond to the cultural and environmental context of the Middle East. - Prepare high-quality presentation materials, drawings, reports, and technical specifications. - Manage client relationships and project stakeholders, attending meetings and presentations as required. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other local authorities’ regulations and approval processes. - Oversee site implementation in coordination with contractors and supervision teams, resolving technical issues as they arise.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC region. - Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capabilities across project scales and typologies. - Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino). - Experience with BIM and Revit is a plus. - In-depth knowledge of regional plant species, climate-responsive design, and sustainable landscape practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. - Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
