Reporting Line: Senior Project Manager (Contracting Division) & General Manager of Development Division.
The project is a high‑spec residential project G+10, based in central Dubai, not far from Sports City. Handover is scheduled quarter 4 of 2028.
- Degree‑qualified with 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a reputable contractor.
- Managerial experience is essential, with a proven track record in the UAE.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: develop and maintain relationships, conduct supplier evaluations, and manage supplier performance scorecards.
- Negotiation & Contracting: negotiate complex contracts for materials and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and minimize costs.
- Project Collaboration: work with project managers to understand requirements, manage inventory, and avoid project delays.
- Risk Management: identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Compliance & Reporting: ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality standards, preparing reports on cost savings and supplier performance.
Salary package: AED 25,000 per month + flight + private medical insurance.
