Overseeing the entire cycle from contract initiation to vendor contract finalization with a wider number of internal customers representing all department of e& Group and require a highly complex and demands a combination of advanced skills and significant seniority. This position requires strategic oversight of procurement operations, ensuring seamless integration between stakeholders’ requirements, vendor capabilities while maintaining financial discipline and risk mitigation throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ‘Sourcing Strategic Category Planning’ process for e& Group and e& Brand & Communications procurement requirements developing a medium to long term vision of how to deliver the greatest value for ‘global’ and ‘local’ procurement categories by developing a plan, in liaison with the ‘Budget Holders’ to gain a competitive advantage for e& promoting a sustainable sourcing to preserve good performance and quality in purchasing products and/or services from third parties, and reducing costs which have a directly impact on the bottom line (EBIT).
  • Oversee the entire cycle from the procurement requisition to vendor contract finalization and issuance of the relevant purchase order(s).
  • Ensure strategic oversight of Brand & Communications operations, ensuring seamless integration between customers’ requirements, vendor capabilities while maintaining financial discipline and risk mitigation throughout the process.
  • Leverage synergies across e&’s Group and within OpCos, and drive cost reduction through standardization, rationalization and TCO optimization, to support e&’s financial and growth plans.
  • Ensure comprehensive management and oversight of all vendor contracts, from initiation to execution and renewal, safeguarding organizational interests and compliance with policies. Align contract strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring that commercial models, terms, and conditions support cost reduction and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee and support tender contract preparation, negotiation, and evaluation, ensuring robust contractual terms and compliance with procurement standards, promoting contracts standardization in collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, Category Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Category Managers, and budget owners, to ensure contract terms meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement manager team, promoting high standards of performance, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition aligned with e&’s values.
  • Drive process enhancements and adoption of best practices in contract management, sourcing, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of contract status, risks, and performance metrics, and maintain compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective knowledge of organization targets, desired customer experience, relevant best practice and benchmarks, new concepts to drive enrichment in sourcing experience and sourcing operational efficiency.
