Job summary
A manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive work culture. Essential qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Studies, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience, especially in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws is required.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts.
