Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & UAE Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Emiratization requirements, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employment contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Manage renewals of corporate licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE legal requirements and Kaizen’s culture.
2. Workforce Planning & Organizational Structure
- Support organizational design initiatives by ensuring optimal workforce allocation and role alignment.
- Assist in defining job descriptions, reporting lines, and departmental structures to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to UAE recruitment regulations and Emiratization targets.
- Facilitate smooth remote onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation for all new hires.
4. Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Administer performance management processes to align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
- Promote a positive work environment to enhance engagement, productivity, and retention.
5. Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs, professional development initiatives, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Maintain records of employee training, certifications, and skill development activities.
6. HR Metrics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report HR metrics including turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Provide management with data‑driven insights to support operational HR decisions.
7. HR Systems & Technology
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and related IT assets, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Oversee HR software administration, remote access management, and digital documentation processes.
8. Employee Wellbeing & Engagement
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and engagement.
- Monitor engagement levels and recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations or management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, employment regulations, and Emiratization requirements.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to work remotely and across distributed teams.
Work Arrangement:
- This position is fully remote. Candidate must have experience managing HR operations remotely while ensuring compliance with UAE laws and maintaining high operational standards.
