The successful candidate will develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive work culture. Essential qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Studies, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience, especially in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
