Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Dubai is seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join their dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for updating employee information, assisting in payroll, posting job openings, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred, along with proven HR experience and strong organizational skills. The role offers flexibility with 4 days remote work and one day onsite, catering to a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant role.
• Knowledge of HR functions and UAE Labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately inputting and updating employee information in the HR database.
• Assisting in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and entering employee data
• Posting job openings on various platforms and websites.
• Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and changes.
• Drafting and distributing internal communications, including memos and announcements.
• Generating HR reports and metrics as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant role.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, UAE Labor laws etc.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Preference to be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Working Conditions
