Our client is a leading hospitality firm based in Al Ain are looking to hire a HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring that staffing levels meet operational needs.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing development opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs that support employee growth and align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.
  • Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, engagement, and high performance.
  • Provide HR support to department heads and management in all human resources matters.
