A leading HR consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Senior Sales & Service Executive. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HR consultancy services.

As a Senior Sales & Service Executive at People Perfect Advisory you will play a key role in driving revenue growth identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the HR consultancy and tech sectors. You will leverage your understanding of HR solutions technology and market dynamics to build strategic partnerships and contribute to the companys expansion in the UAE market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services including recruitment employee outsourcing training and payroll management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
