Hiring for Assistant Sales Director - (Team Leader) for Object 1 Developer in Dubai with an attractive Salary + Personal Sales Commission + Team Override.

• You should have a minimum of 5 years RECENT experience in a Real Estate developer in Dubai with proven Team Management skills (not from Brokerage)
• Strong network and connections with Top broker companies in Dubai and internationally.
• Hiring and leadership skills to form a team of 5-10 SMs and report to the Sales Director.
• Proven record of personal sales and team sales with the ability to achieve personal sales targets and help the team close deals.
• Experience with international roadshows is preferred.
