Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – Auto Loans to join our client’s financial services team. The role involves managing end-to-end auto loan sales operations, nurturing relationships with dealerships and customers, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the loan lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in retail lending, a strong understanding of vehicle financing, and a proven ability to meet sales targets through proactive relationship management and market insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and onboard new customers for auto loan financing through direct sales and dealer partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships, brokers, and corporate clients to generate consistent business.
  • Manage the loan application process – from lead generation to document collection, credit evaluation coordination, and disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for new loans, renewals, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with internal credit, KYC, and risk policies, ensuring high‑quality customer portfolios.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and promotions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of auto loan products, credit assessment, and documentation processes.
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
