Are you a natural leader who can drive performance, inspire a team and close big-ticket property deals? At Nationwide Middle East Properties were growing fast and we need a high-impact Sales Team Leader to head up our elite Yas Island squad.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 Property Consultants
  • Oversee day‑to‑day pipeline management and client strategy
  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coach agents in closing techniques, objection handling and negotiation
  • Liaise directly with developers for inventory updates and allocations
Requirements
  • Minimum 35 years experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or developer)
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high‑performing sales teams
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
  • Strong knowledge of off‑plan, secondary and luxury markets
  • Ability to coach, close and lead by example
