Our client is a leading FMCG company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with a strong footprint across the Middle East and Africa. They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of B2B Sales to lead and grow their ingredients division particularly in high-value categories.
The Role :
As the Head of B2B Sales, you will spearhead the strategy, operations, and performance of the ingredients business across MEA. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends commercial strategy, operations, and talent development. You will drive volume, efficiency, and profitability while ensuring the region’s growth trajectory remains strong and sustainable.
- Full P&L accountability for the ingredients business across the Middle East and Africa.
- Develop and implement a five-year strategic growth plan in collaboration with regional leadership teams in SSA and MENA.
- Manage the supply base for FFMP in coordination with the Member Relations team, ensuring consistent product availability and quality.
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasting for volumes, stock, and debtor management to support optimal working capital usage.
- Lead a high-performing team while partnering with HR to nurture talent and build a robust succession pipeline.
- Expand a sustainable and profitable customer base across the region through strategic relationship management.
- Ensure business needs and market challenges are effectively communicated and aligned with the wider global Ingredients strategy.
- Maintain risk oversight and implement mitigation strategies in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience managing commodity or ingredients portfolios in international markets, preferably within the FMCG or dairy sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven leadership with the ability to inspire teams, make informed decisions, and drive business results.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term supplier and customer relationships.
- High-level strategic thinking with the agility to adapt in complex market environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage across all levels.

- Flexibility to travel as needed across the Middle East and Africa.
