JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth in the retail/digital signage and out-of-home (OOH) advertising sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B, B2C sales leadership, particularly within the UAE/GCC region, with strong expertise in building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing high-value client portfolios. This role requires a sales leader who can combine market insights, solution-based selling, and team leadership to deliver consistent business growth and enhance client brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analise market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Drive penetration into untapped markets and premium advertising locations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Offer tailored OOH and digital signage solutions aligned with client marketing goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships that enhance market positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs.
- Provide ongoing training on sales best practices, product innovation, and market trends.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Track, analyse, and report sales performance using CRM and analytics tools.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and business forecasting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in signage, OOH advertising, or media industry.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in UAE/GCC markets.
- Expertise in client relationship management, consultative/solution-based selling, and market expansion.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Skilled in sales performance tracking, pipeline management, and analytics.
- Familiarity with digital tools and programmatic OOH advertising solutions (advantageous).
