We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wall Painter to join our dynamic construction team in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality interior finishes that meet both aesthetic and structural standards. This position involves executing precise wall painting and finishing tasks across residential and commercial projects ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols and project timelines. The Wall Painter will work closely with supervisors, carpenters and interior design teams to achieve seamless integration of finishes with overall project vision. With a strong foundation in carpentry and interior design principles this role demands technical precision, craftsmanship and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the projects visual quality and client satisfaction while operating within a structured environment supported by SAP NetWeaver systems for workflow and resource tracking.

• Prepare walls for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and applying primer as required.
• Apply paint, plaster or specialized coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers and other tools to achieve smooth even finishes.
• Follow detailed interior design plans and color schemes to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
• Collaborate with carpenters to ensure proper alignment and finishing of wall surfaces especially around joints, fixtures and built-in elements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety and hygiene standards on-site.
• Report progress, material usage and potential issues to site supervisors promptly.
• Utilize SAP NetWeaver AS for documentation, task tracking and inventory reporting as required.
• Assist in the preparation and installation of wall-mounted fixtures and decorative elements where applicable.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE construction standards and client quality expectations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in wall painting and interior finishing within the construction industry.
• Proven proficiency in carpentry and understanding of structural elements related to wall surfaces.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, texture application and finish selection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors, contractors and other trades.
• Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver AS and SAP NetWeaver systems for task and documentation management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, paint specifications and project blueprints.
• Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and heights, including ladder and scaffold use.
• Valid UAE work visa sponsorship eligibility (50% visa support available or office-based decision).
• Must be eligible for medical insurance coverage provided by the company.
