You will lead the companys digital commercial operations, driving online sales performance, digital marketing strategy, and social media growth. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring strong expertise in e‑commerce platforms, customer acquisition, analytics, and content‑driven brand building. You will optimize the online customer journey, enhance brand visibility, and ensure digital channels deliver consistent revenue growth.
E-Commerce Management
Oversee daily operations of online sales platforms to ensure optimal product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and conversion performance.
Manage the full e-commerce funnel including merchandising, promotions, and platform optimization.
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to increase qualified traffic and sales.
Manage end‑to‑end online marketing execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
Social Media Development
Create and lead social media strategies across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Coordinate content schedules, campaigns, and community engagement to maintain a strong digital presence.
Content Management
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high‑quality digital assets, product visuals, marketing materials, and social media content aligned with brand identity.
Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all digital channels.
Performance Analytics
Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition cost, traffic sources, and engagement metrics using digital analytics tools.
Generate performance reports and insights to support data‑driven decisions and improve campaign impact.
Customer Experience Optimization
Enhance the online shopping journey by improving website usability, product discovery, personalization, and customer retention strategies.
Implement UX improvements, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
Partnership & Influencer Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and digital partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
Manage partnership negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking.
Budget Management
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of spend and maximize return on investment.
Monitor costs, adjust campaign strategies, and report on financial performance.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and campaign execution.
Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking performance and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project‑management abilities.
