An independent logistics company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing quotes and contracts, and managing project costs effectively. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in logistics facility construction. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in logistics facility construction.
  • Proven experience working on construction projects in African markets.
  • Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and perform quantity take‑offs based on marking and RCP drawings.
  • Prepare BOQ by analyzing specification sheets and identifying discrepancies.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
