Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled CAD Designer and 3D Visualizer specializing in interior and joinery fit-out works. This role requires creating 2D CAD drawings, conducting site assessments, and preparing project documentation. Candidates must have a diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in the UAE's interior fit-out sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UAE / GCC in the Interior Fit-Out Sector.
- Proficiency in 2D CAD drawings, site assessment, and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D CAD drawings for interior fit-out and joinery.
- Conduct project site assessments for measurements and conditions.
- Create technical drawings and submittals for approvals.

CAD Designer and 3D Visualizer for Interior & Joinery Fit-Out Works
- The job role is predominantly the preparation of 2D CAD drawings for the various stages of interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- This includes preparation of concept drawings, technical drawings for authority approvals, shop drawings and construction drawings for joinery and interior fit-out works, as-built drawing preparation, etc.
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering is also mandatory. Candidates with experience working with SketchUp and V-Ray is preferred.
- The candidate shall also be responsible for project site assessment involving obtaining site measurements, recording the existing site condition and other project information.
- The role shall also involve the preparation of drawing and material submittals and other project documentation.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in UAE / GCC in Interior Fit-Out Sector
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Microsoft Office with good English communication skills.
