Job summary
A growing real estate company in Dubai seeks a motivated Sales Assistant to support the sales team with client interactions, maintain records, and prepare marketing materials. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer service, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 3500 to 5000 AED per month.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales agents with client inquiries and scheduling viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research for trends and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients providing outstanding service.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
