Job summary

An educational institution in Dubai is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage inquiries, conduct consultations, and convert leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students.
  • Conduct consultations to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through follow-ups, effective communication and strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with student information and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and class scheduling.
  • Participate in marketing events, open days and promotional activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with course offerings, promotions and competitor trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the education or training industry.
