Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to ensure team growth and productivity.
  • Monitor the performance of agents and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Oversee listing presentations, negotiations, and closings to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate laws/regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets (off-plan and secondary).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
