Radiation Oncology Nurse jobs in United Arab Emirates

Perform and ensure all clinical processes, policies, and standards of care are carried out and delivered towards patients through collaborative efforts with the whole Nursing, Rehabilitation, and other disciplines pertaining to management, care, and patient safety prescribed by the CARF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established hospital, divisional, and unit-specific policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.
• Establish priorities of care, nursing actions, and desired outcomes in clinical care for all patients.
• Work within the policy of homecare to deliver the mission, vision, and core values of the organization.
• Take responsibility in delivering quality nursing care and advocating for patients' welfare through evidence-based practice.
• Perform nursing duties within the clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct as directed by Nursing Administration, DOH PQR, and UAE Nursing Norms.
• Provide care through demonstration of appropriate knowledge and clinical assessment skills relevant to Homecare, performing roles according to best practice competency frameworks and professional knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrate a high level of infection prevention knowledge and actions in the Homecare setting, reporting any issues according to PHS policy and infection framework.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and other necessary information in patients' medical records according to Pyramids Health Services policy and international documentation standards.
• Ensure continuity of patient care through oral and written communication with the multidisciplinary team, establishing collaborative interaction with patients' families.
• Take personal and professional responsibility for the initial and annual completion of clinical competencies and license renewal.
• Demonstrate appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations, with decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Attend and participate in educational presentations, training, and seminars as required by nursing administration.
• Complete tasks assigned by the line manager as required.

• DOH/HAAD Registered Nurse License Holder or Passer
• Freshers or new passers of HAAD from their home country are welcome to apply
• Willing to work in a homecare facility in Abu Dhabi
• Preference will be given to those with homecare experience
